about the conditions for the provision of living quarters in a dormitory


The dormitory of the state treasury educational institution of higher education "Russian Customs Academy" (hereinafter - Academy) is intended for temporary residence and accommodation for the period of study of nonresident students, postgraduates studying full-time.

Foreign citizens, citizens of the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), admitted to study at Russian Customs Academy, are accommodated in a dormitory on a common basis with students who are Russian citizens.

Accommodation of students and other persons is carried out in compliance with the established sanitary rules and standards in accordance with the Rules of residence in a dormitory.

In accordance with sanitary rules and regulations, residential premises are provided at the rate of at least 6 m2 (six square meters) of living space per resident.

The settlement of students is carried out on the basis of the order of   Academy on admission to Academy, the placement plan, the procedure for allocating places in the dormitory between the faculties, based on the lists of students presented by the faculties, structural units approved by the vice-rector (for social and educational work).

Residents of a dormitory register at the place of stay at the territorial body of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia with payment of the appropriate fees and state duties in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The following household services are provided to those living in a dormitory:

- a sleeping place with a set of furniture, appliances, bedding and other equipment approved by the order of Academy;

- providing first aid in a medical health center, calling an ambulance, a doctor around the clock.

If necessary, residents can use the following services – washing and drying personal belongings. Payment for washing and drying personal belongings of residents is made according to the price list approved by the order of Academy.

Payment for the use of residential premises and other services, provided to residents, including foreign students, is made according to the price list approved by the order of Academy.

The cost of living in a dwelling includes the costs provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

Living quarters in the dormitory are provided free of charge, as a matter of priority, to full-time students studying at the expense of federal budget allocations and who are:

- orphans and children left without parental care.

- persons who lost both parents or a single parent during the period of education.

- disabled children, disabled people of I and II groups, disabled since childhood.

- exposed to radiation as a result of the disaster at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant and other radiation disasters, as a result of nuclear tests at the Semipalatinsk test site.

- disabled persons due to military injury or illness received during military service and combat veterans.

- who have served for at least three years under contract in military positions, subject to replacement by soldiers, sailors, sergeants, foremen, and dismissed from military service on the bases  provided for in subparagraphs «b » - «d» of paragraph 1, subparagraph «a» clause 2 and subclauses «a» - «c» clause 3 of article 51 of the Federal Law of March 28, 1998 No. 53-FL  «On military duty and military service. »                 -        -  who have received state social assistance.


For the use of dormitories by people with disabilities, it is planned to hold events in 2019-2025.
